JayJob is business management software designed for tradespeople. The platform consolidates quotes, invoices, expenses, tax tracking, and customer communications into a mobile-first system. AI features draft professional quotes, invoices, and messages in the user's tone for approval before sending. A receipt scanner categorizes and logs receipts instantly, while automatic mileage tracking calculates deductions. Bank synchronization matches transactions to expenses and applies tax categories automatically. A live tax tracker updates in real time for Making Tax Digital compliance. The drag-and-drop job pipeline moves work from enquiry to payment, with automated invoices triggered upon job completion. Customer tools maintain job histories and automate follow-ups. The calendar prevents double-booking and integrates with Google and Outlook. JayJob operates via mobile browsers, offering app-like functionality without downloads.
