jay cloud is your native platform to unify time & attendance, physical access control, visitor management, and life safety into one workforce control layer. Built on SAP BTP, jay cloud orchestrates your existing HCM data. SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, Workday, or HiBob go directly into your building's hardware, so employee status drives door access, badge validation, and emergency muster in real time. Instead of stitching together four vendors and logins, jay cloud automates the entire flow: HR system → access rights → physical security → compliance reporting. The result is a single, certified source of truth that eliminates manual provisioning, closes the gap between HR and physical security, and gives safety teams hardware-validated headcounts instead of self-reported guesses.
