**What do you like best about Javelin Sales Compensation?**

Ease of creating sales compensation reports and documentation provided along with sample files. You need not to connect with JIM to test your layout files and scorecards

**What do you dislike about Javelin Sales Compensation?**

Formatting is very limited in JSCR, user cannot change the layout as per their wish and can show in limited way only. But with new version release, SD team is bringing new changes to layout

**What problems is Javelin Sales Compensation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it for field reporting of monthly sales dashboard and Ic scorecards along with other KPI metrics.
