I subscribed to Jasper for a long time, and very much enjoyed their templates which seemed to involve training their GPT-like instruction codes to respond in a certain manner.

Unfortunately every single thing they offer is dually fulfilled by the no-cost ChatGPT. Jasper gives the user a menu, but Chat specifically has nothing new to add. It can give you life advice, write an essay, summarize books or movies, and even make a photo for you using Jasper Art (the graphics here are insanely good).

The one thing I simply don't like is paying this much for something they (I guess?) don't want you to know is free somewhere else? They are their own neural network who has trained their model using its own unique algorithms, but the results are similar, simply a different way of looking at the free GPT. Very bad unsubscription experience:

If you want to unsubscription the Jasper, you only have two choices: Close your account OR Suspension your account for 1 month. If I want to use it for the duration of my paid subscription, I would have to choose Suspension my account.

I am surprised that I cannot use the full product during the suspension of my subscription, that made me feel Jasper is ridiculous!!

I have had contact the Jasper Support. But only their bot gives auto-reply, I could only leave a message to ask to unsubscribe and refund. But after 48 hours, no one gave me any reply.
