What do you like best about Jasper?

Jasper helps me save a bunch of time. This is one of the best writing assistant tools I've come across. I've been using it for 7 months, it feels like Jasper has gotten smarter. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jasper?

1. I wish Jasper would cite where he pulls stats, dates and important information from so I can double-check quickly.

2. Generated sentences are too long according to Yoast. therefore I have to reconstruct many sentences for SEO purposes

3. I wish we could edit the font format on Jasper. For example, capitalizing the first letter of every word of a title.

4. I wish we had the option to look up a synonym of a word

5. I wish it would automatically populate the name to save the file based on the heading of the article just like google doc does.

6. when you reword a sentence at that's at the bottom of the screen, unfortunately, the pop-up where you can either select, copy, rephrase again, or exit out doesn't show up on the screen. it's all the way at the bottom and you can't scroll to click what you want. so you lose your credit there. it's a pain to keep reporting it. so I don't even bother.

What do you like best about Jasper?

As a copywriter, I started using Jasper to see if it was going to put me out of business. While I don't think it will (yet!) I've found that it has actually helped my business grow more! I'm creating content faster, using Jasper to tighten down my copy, or just to brainstorm new ideas. It definitely still needs a human touch, but it's been amazing for me! And they make it so easy to get started. The BootCamp is soooo thorough, and the ongoing customer service calls and trainings help me maximize the different templates they offer. What do you dislike about Jasper?

I haven't found anything major that I dislike. it can be frustrating to write a blog and Jasper tries to end the blog before I'm ready, but that just means I need to tweak the settings I'm using. Jasper makes creating all kinds of content a breeze. The more you "teach" Jasper the better the content that is output. Honestly the only thing I can say is that there are so many options for types and style of content that it can be a little overwhelming, however I have found that the more I use Jasper the easier it gets. Ease of Use

Templates are very user friendly

Can create and run my own templates to make routine things easier

Outstanding customer service

When taking training, have the ability to earn credits (credits = words)

Faster than the other 5 AI programs I use

The most effective Commands are: Action + Structure + Direction and I get good results

If something came out wrong, even if it was my fault, I can get some of those credits back.

I am robotic when I talk, so my responses come out that way.. (which can be good, if you are not like me). So I have to remember to add the voice tone, if I want something more enthusiastic, or adding empathy

I have always been told, I speak better than I write. With Jasper, I can put in exactly what I write, and it turns it around so anyone can understand what I said.

I had written many courses, but they were not doing what I wanted them to do, and I was able to use Jasper to get them write them so I would get the outcomes I was looking for.

For me, the workflow has a bit of a learning curve to it, but I think that is because it does so many things it's hard to know where to start. There are a handful of very useful videos that I have found on YouTube to help me out. Once you get the hang of it, it does a really good job for the most part. You still need to be hands-on with the content output to train it to sound like you/your brand, but it does an impressive job of sounding natural. Occasionally you will find it putting out sentences that sound like English isn't its first language, however, that was what I was expecting. Overall great product and service! Jasper gives me a base to work with. I am not the greatest at starting content from scratch, but I am pretty good at drawing inspiration from something and can usually improve what is already there. That is great for our website, as someone before me wrote most of the content, and it is getting a bit dated. Now I can start with a clean slate and still deliver new and improved content. Also, it seems to do a good job at social media content/captions. It takes vague concepts and adds a ton of really good detail on its own. The only thing I can think of is that the grammar or punctuation is sometimes not correct, but I always edit and proof read the content anyway, so it's not even something I dislike.
