Customer service, they such you into a trial and the trail defaults to annual instead of monthly so if you forget, you dont get charged a minth you get charged a year, And the won' refund the money. Its supposed to help brainstorm and create content but there is not a hole lot of qualtiy going on yet with the product it doesn't do much more that ChatGPT at lower cost. I subscribed to Jasper for a long time, and very much enjoyed their templates which seemed to involve training their GPT-like instruction codes to respond in a certain manner. The chat was much like GPT, but had its own personality. It fills the same role as the pre-prescribed templates, but in a less organized and more friendly manner. Unfortunately every single thing they offer is dually fulfilled by the no-cost ChatGPT. Jasper gives the user a menu, but Chat specifically has nothing new to add. It can give you life advice, write an essay, summarize books or movies, and even make a photo for you using Jasper Art (the graphics here are insanely good). The one thing I simply don't like is paying this much for something they (I guess?) don't want you to know is free somewhere else? They are their own neural network who has trained their model using its own unique algorithms, but the results are similar, simply a different way of looking at the free GPT. I felt that using the chat feature was a bit easier than using the templates, due to the free-flowing nature of the conversational style. Also due to it being a chat, the chat could go back and revise what it said previously if I wanted to change something. I actually gave the same assignment to ChatGPT in some instances and decided I liked it better. JC used very repetitive, formulaic language (often started with "looking for X? Very bad unsubscription experience: If you want to unsubscription the Jasper, you only have two choices: Close your account OR Suspension your account for 1 month. If I want to use it for the duration of my paid subscription, I would have to choose Suspension my account. I am surprised that I cannot use the full product during the suspension of my subscription, that made me feel Jasper is ridiculous!! I have had contact the Jasper Support. But only their bot gives auto-reply, I could only leave a message to ask to unsubscribe and refund. But after 48 hours, no one gave me any reply. This company shows a worrying amount of arrogance, consistently delivering below-average products and laughable services. Jasper comes with over 50 templates, so everything in content creation gets covered. Honestly, templates are the best features. If you, for example, need to write a blog post, Jasper comes with the right content and 'dialect.' If you need to write a product description later, you use the next template. Within the template, you can still fine-tune the style and prompt to get a decent output. Jaspers best part are the large amount of templates that make content creation very easy. You can choose a template i.e. a blog or LinkedIn Post and Japer comes with preconfigured settings for the specific needs. This makes Jasper easier than the usual Large Language models like Chat GPT. So if you produce larger content it becomes quickly very expensive. There is a translation build in but using it in German needs to be monitored quite well, as gramar mistakes appear quite often.
