I appreciate the super clear and very intuitive interface. The easy view of all my candidates and the easy sorting thanks to the filters make my life easier. I spend very little time managing my applications, I easily send out my contact emails thanks to the templates. The audio transcription of exchanges is great too (even if it's strange not to take any notes 😅). Even for prospecting, it's a very useful tool with all the necessary information on clients/prospects. And then the team continuously makes improvements and, above all, is unfailingly responsive! I’ve been using Jarvi for a year and a half now, and it’s truly an outstanding ATS. The interfaces are highly intuitive and easy to navigate, which makes daily use incredibly smooth.

I’m particularly impressed by the speed of technological innovation and continuous improvements. The built-in AI features and the wide range of automation tools are real game changers, helping to streamline processes and save valuable time.

Hum...Nothing? :-) There’s really nothing I don’t like about JARVI—if anything, maybe just two minor points.

First, they sometimes evolve a bit too quickly—you have to keep up!

Personally, I would like to be able to share a dashboard with each client to avoid having to make reports and send emails for the update of each search, as Airtable allows when creating a link to a view.

In my opinion, there is a need to separate personal/professional information in both ATS and CRM profiles because it's not very suitable in certain situations (the candidate status takes precedence over the client status or vice versa, etc.). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are many features that I really like, it's hard to choose just one. The synchronization with LinkedIn and Outlook, for example, but also the AI tools that allow for automatic note-taking and conversation summaries, whether with clients or candidates. The support is more than responsive, not just in case of problems (which is very rare, by the way), but to listen to improvement suggestions and implement them quickly! I love Jarvi's connection with LinkedIn Recruiter, the ability to add maximum automation, and the centralization of data. The support team is also very responsive. With Jarvi, I have instant access to various information, and I appreciate that it requires few window changes, tab changes, or clicks to get there. This quickly provides me with visibility on the information I'm looking for, whether it's exchanges, history, or the stages of sourcing and recruitment. The update of imported profiles in Jarvi is not always automatic (only every 6 months). Make the smart automatic variables in messages (remove capital letters, keep only one word when companies put a lot of information, etc.).
