The ability to send mass pitches to a bunch of contacts at once, which saves us lots of time and effort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about JangoSMTP? It is not very user-friendly. After using the system for months, I still have not been able to figure out how to have it send the same note with different names for different email addresses. I also don't like the disclaimer on the bottom of the emails it sends. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Recommendations to others considering JangoSMTP: Just be aware of the pros and cons: ability send mass emails and save time, but not very user-friendly and as previously mentioned, I don't like the disclaimer on the bottoms of the emails. So far, it acts significantly better than our previous email platform. We like that we are able to schedule and conduct true A/B testing with our emails. They are extremely responsive to emails and oftentimes will respond within minutes for smaller questions and 2-3 hours for more in-depth questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Well, it is important to mention that Jango logs out every so often which loses all the data - no auto saving feature. Some bounces are impossible to track due to server's response.
