The error codes and messages are vague. We lost our initial implementor mid-implementation, but they were quick to get us new support and work through issues that we were having. Currently we see the rounding is to 4 decimal places instead of 2, which causes various reports to not tie out to the penny. They worked with my aggressive implementation schedule of 1 month and we had a great roll out. **What problems is JAMIS Prime ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?** Visibility into performance at any point in time, an audit trail for all actions, ease for teaching new staff, support all aspects of the business and back office departments that previous systems didn't including accounting, HR, purchasing, GFE, CRM, and help desk operations, and improved efficiency. Because they are a small company, they are flexible and think outside the box. On my third implementation, we went from contract signing to live on core in 1 month and then rolled other modules out over the next few months. It has greatly reduced the time and effort required to manage complex contracts. The reporting is intuitive and gathering data to make decisions from this system has allowed us to easily facilitate stakeholder goals while being flexible enough to satisfy varying customer requirements. Also the accounting side of JAMIS Prime is great, being able to run reports that export to excel for recon is my favorite part. Working with JAMIS has been a plesant experiance! **What do you dislike about JAMIS Prime ERP?** Reports are not as detailed as I would like, and customizing requires an understanding of coding and menus that are not user-friendly. The error messages are hard to understand, and I have had to call support to understand a simple error. The time cards are a little spotty. Some of the columns move when you have a semimonthly time card, and even if you save the order of the columns, they tend to move around. In Business planning when you enter data in one section that affects another, it doesn't flow, it has to be entered again in the other section. In Business Planning some of the planing pivots take a long time to load and eventuly times out. **Recommendations to others considering JAMIS Prime ERP:** Make sure you have access to Power Bi **What problems is JAMIS Prime ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?** Right now, we are working on developing a two tear approval process for time cards. I like that the Work Area, Processes, Reports, and Configuration is all grouped together under each section. So all of the reports I see are going to be fore AP. If I'm in the AR module then I know all of the reports will apply to that. It helps not to have to weed through all reports on Jamis to get where you need to be. I like that the Files and Notes sections are clearly accessible from the billing screen. I love that I can drag and drop a file into Jamis! I also like the < and > arrows so I can jump right to the last AP entry I made, that's very helpful. **What do you dislike about JAMIS Prime ERP?** I wish Jamis was more intuitive. For example, I'm working in 'ABC Company' vendor profile and I want to jump over to the billing screen to enter a payable. I wish it would track my work so that ABC Company would appear in the billing field and I wouldn't need to pull it up each time I switch screens. I also don't like that when I click the search button under Reference Number that it doesn't remember what I'm searching for. I'm not a fan of manually adding and removing search filters every time I need to pull up a list of vendor bills. **What problems is JAMIS Prime ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?** We're working on getting the expense module up and running. Employees will be able to enter their own transactions instead of it all being filtered through accounting! The filing system has been great! It is extremely customizable. **What do you dislike about JAMIS Prime ERP?** There were some bugs with much earlier versions/builds, but that hasn't been an issue for a long time. **What problems is JAMIS Prime ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were able to centralize AP, AR, and other corporate functions for all of our subsidiaries because it was easy to import data from all of our sales and and supplier information from several disparent systems for each line of business. ### 29. This is a real time accounting system and helps us keep track of funding left, costs, etc. Job cost reports are very helpful and there are a lot of columns/information to choose from. Billing is very easy to use and when an invoice doesn't come through correctly, it's easy to find and fix what is wrong . After fixing the problem, you just need to recalculate and the fix is there. **What do you dislike about JAMIS Prime ERP?** I don't really have anything I dislike about JAMIS **What problems is JAMIS Prime ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's a real time accounting system, our PM's have information at their fingertips.
