"Easy Device Management, Mobility Limitations"
1.5/5
What do you like best about Jamf?

I find Jamf easy to use, which is really important for managing such a large number of devices. The device configuration feature is also something I appreciate, especially since we are responsible for 80 schools and currently manage 10,000 Apple iPads. The initial setup of Jamf was very easy. What do you dislike about Jamf?

It would be great if I could also use Jamf School on my mobile phone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Go Jamf!"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Jamf?

What I like most in Jamf Pro is the simplicity and automation it brings to Apple device management. The platform makes it very easy to enroll, configure, and secure devices at scale, without requiring complex manual processes. I especially appreciate the self-service portal, which empowers users to install approved apps and updates on their own, reducing helpdesk tickets. In addition, the integration with Apple services (like DEP and VPP) works seamlessly, saving time and ensuring devices are compliant from the moment they are unboxed. What do you dislike about Jamf?

Nothing, I work a couple of years with this product an they are on the edge. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the simple operation and the clear user interface of Jamf. The initial setup of Jamf was also very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jamf?

At the moment, the UI of JamfSchool is somewhat inconsistent between the new and old modules. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless macOS Management with Exceptional Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Jamf?

I find Jamf easy to learn and appreciate all the features it has and those that are still coming. I value the Platform SSO, Configuration profiles, and policies. The initial setup of Jamf was very easy, and their support was super helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jamf?

Jamf Connect with Self Service should be clearer as they seem to overlap each other and sometimes it's not clear. I would suggest leaving only Self Service and not both apps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Apple Management with Jamf"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Jamf?

I like Jamf's Blueprints feature because it allows me to push updates or different updates for a couple of days until I do my test or something like that. Smart groups are great as well, they offer flexibility with criteria changing over a dynamic base. Setting up Jamf was perfectly easy, and the documentation provided was more than enough. What do you dislike about Jamf?

"Effortless Mac Onboarding, Needs Policy Granularity"
4/5
What do you like best about Jamf?

I like Jamf's ease of use, especially how easy it is to deploy policies. It's great that when you set it up the right way, onboarding Mac devices becomes almost touchless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jamf?

It's not as granular as group policy in Windows. The initial setup was challenging because we didn't have the experts, but we hired an external to help us get started. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Jamf Makes MDM Simple and Easy to Understand"
5/5
What do you like best about Jamf?

Jamf makes MDM simple! Have found it easy to understand from a non-technical perspective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jamf?

Can’t think of many negatives, the only feedback point I’d have is maybe more communication around new developments outside of events, like a monthly newsletter etc. (sorry if you already do this, my fault for not looking!). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It makes managing iOS devices simple, automated, and clean. The enrollment, profile configuration, group assignments, and device locating almost effortless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jamf?

I dislike not being able to manage Android devices the same way as iOS devices - it requires a different, more expensive product in place and then Android management added onto it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
