What I like most in Jamf Pro is the simplicity and automation it brings to Apple device management. The platform makes it very easy to enroll, configure, and secure devices at scale, without requiring complex manual processes. I especially appreciate the self-service portal, which empowers users to install approved apps and updates on their own, reducing helpdesk tickets. In addition, the integration with Apple services (like DEP and VPP) works seamlessly, saving time and ensuring devices are compliant from the moment they are unboxed. I like Jamf's Blueprints feature because it allows me to push updates or different updates for a couple of days until I do my test or something like that.
