I find Jamf incredibly user-friendly, especially from the administrative side of things. It's much more approachable compared to other options like SCCM and group policy. The barrier to entry for a new CIS admin is remarkably low. I also appreciate that Jamf simplifies the initial setup process, which was much easier than anticipated and worked more or less out of the box. Additionally, Jamf effectively automates a lot of manual processes for device management, allowing us to turn manual processes into automated ones to a pretty excellent and granular degree. Some of the more recent features like Mac app deployment don't provide as much feedback when things go wrong, and they don't allow as accurate of scoping as things like policies and mobile configurations do. I would love to see that improve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
