"Jamming with JamfNow!"

What do you like best about Jamf Now?

I love the simplicity, yet its robust security features. I've used many other MDM solutions and JamfNow is by far, the best. The visuals are so appealing! I am able to instantly track down lost or stolen ipads and iphones with a recovery percentage of 80%! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jamf Now?

I just wish JamfNow was able to allow us, administrators, the option to send a live group message to all enrolled phones, in the event of an update and/or some emergency alert. I also wish we could see immediate location without putting phone in lost mode. One employee misplaced phone and needed an updated location of its last spot, but it had to be placed in lost mode. Would love to search without a Lost Mode activation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Jamf Now solving and how is that benefiting you?

The employees love the fact that they can contact me when locked out, and I can quickly send a command to unlock their phone. Also, if they are having too many issues with corrupt software, I can remotely wipe their phone and they can start over. I also can add new apps they need and push all out remotely! What do you like best about Jamf Now?

This product is easy to learn after going through the new user training and easy to implement! If you ever get stuck, they have AMAZING support too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jamf Now?

Getting everything set for you to use the Apple devices (almost any device you want) can be a bit daunting, but Jamf walked me through all the steps I would need to do before I even ordered one device. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Jamf Now solving and how is that benefiting you?

Within a short time, we deployed over 50 iPads to our remote stores without even touching them. We set up the iPads (you can do this with almost any Apple device, not just iPads) with specific apps and only those apps so our associates couldn't use them for fun. We needed them to be ready right out of the box when they arrived at the stores with very minimal or next to no action required at the store. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The superhero of device management for small businesses"

What do you like best about Jamf Now?

I started using JAMF after speaking with a member of the Apple Business Team in my local Apple store; it’s a really great way to deploy and manage Apple devices. JAMF makes the whole process so simple and has a nice user interface. Any devices purchased through the company are automatically enrolled into JAMF as it syncs with Apple’s automatic enrolment service. It also makes it possible to remotely configure WiFI settings and lockdown certain elements of Mac OS & iOS depending on your requirements for each device which is great.

All-in-all I’ve enjoyed using JAMF and would definitely recommend to other small businesses using Apple devices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jamf Now?

My only real niggles are that if you stop using an app you can’t remove it from the list of installable apps (you can ‘hide’ it from view though), and it’d be nice if you could go in to each app and have a list of the all of the devices that it’s installed on. Have a trial with a few devices to get a feel for the user interface and the simplicity of JAMF Now. Or get in touch with JAMF and they'll be happy to answer any questions that you might have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

JAMF allows us to have a more robust data protection policy and pre-configure devices so that they’re set up with company WiFi networks and other settings straight out of the box. The ease with which a blueprint can be pushed to iPhones and ipads makes keeping our company-owned devices standardized extremely easy. Being able to remove and reinstall apps that are misbehaving has greatly reduced troubleshooting time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
