What problems is Jama Connect solving and how is that benefiting you? Jama is solving a problem that has plagued my organization for some time and that is traceability (and linkage) between requirements documentation and risk management documentation. With Jama now implemented, it is informing users when they have missing links, suspect links or gaps where links are expected. It provides feedback to the user that changes that they are making, although may be very simple, are impacting other documents that they may not have realized.
