## Jam.dev Reviews
  ### 1. Automatic bug reproduction and efficient team collaboration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stuti P. | QA Automation Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Jam.dev?**

Jam.dev's 'share last minute' feature is my favorite. This feature provides us with a recording of the last 1 to 2 minutes on any website. When we are browsing a website and encounter an issue that we cannot reproduce, with the help of this feature, I can directly share that recording with the developer to resolve the issue immediately.

**What do you dislike about Jam.dev?**

Right now, I don't need any special improvements from Jam.dev, but it has a feature such that when we install its extension, it often stops. The extension doesn't work at all, and we have to remove the extension, close the browser, and then restart it. The Jam.dev team needs to work on this issue.

**What problems is Jam.dev solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Jam.dev to solve the problems of incomplete bug reports and issue reproduction. It automatically captures technical details, making it easier to understand and reproduce issues, and as a result, it eliminates the need for repeated interactions between developers and QA.

  ### 2. If you're looking to enhance your QA processes, Jam is the place!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Human Resources | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Jam.dev?**

Instantly replaying a hard-to-replicate bug or a glitch is the best thing for my needs; it makes it easier to report any kind of issue to the Tech team. Moreover, We have started using Jam for teams other than tech as well as it helps us to resolve difficult to replicate issues. The amount of Platforms it can easily integrate with and move my tickets to is such a lifesaver that majority of our bugs are created on Jam only. The team has a great support team as well which helps us in resolving any of our issues.

**What do you dislike about Jam.dev?**

One thing which can be improved is the screen sharing process, and its capacity to bring the pop up top of the screen's layout. Although it's very easy to use, the features of sending the jams through a collaboration mode can be improved.

**What problems is Jam.dev solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problems of logging console errors and network calls which are rare to reproduce in some cases as well as the technical specifications that are required by any tech team while resolving these issues is something which creates a lot of gap b/w tech and non-tech professionals, Jam helps us solve this efficiently. The feature of sharing the last 30 seconds of the tab is a lifesaver for us in terms of reporting issues with an extremely low reproducability rate.
