Jakten Assurance is estimate governance software for preconstruction teams and estimators on capital projects. It adds the controls funding reviews demand: estimate versions and frozen comparisons, structured review workflows, Basis of Estimate documentation, and a governed handoff into Jakten Risk for cost-risk analysis. Everything runs on Windows infrastructure you control — project data never leaves your network. $500/seat/year; Jakten Platform included.
