Plan the service, control the cost. Workshop keeps every asset, service, issue and work order in one place, from planning through to cost. The Asset Maintenance Planner shows what's due, overdue or coming up, with full history and predicted next service per asset. Group similar assets so they share one service template and intervals by kilometres, hours or days. Defects reported by drivers or the workshop are triaged through the Issue Wizard: approve, dismiss or promote straight onto a job. Work orders capture checks, parts, labour and fitting against the asset in one structured record. Parts are bin-tracked with purchase orders, relocations and device picking, all audited.
