"A powerful and versatile platform for personalized experiences"
5/5
What do you like best about Jahia DXP?

Jahia DXP stands out as a high-end and versatile solution, ideal for organizations that do not want to choose between the power of a traditional CMS and the flexibility of "Headless". Its true strength lies in its ultra-visual editing interface coupled with native customer data management (CDP), allowing the transition from a static site to a hyper-personalized user experience without complex third-party tools. It is a robust platform, designed for multi-site governance on an international scale, but it requires a certain initial technical investment and Java expertise to fully exploit its potential. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jahia DXP?

The main criticism directed at Jahia DXP lies in its great technical complexity and high cost, which sometimes make it a disproportionate solution for simple projects. Its robust architecture based on Java imposes a steep learning curve for developers and requires significant hosting resources, making its implementation slower and more expensive than that of modern SaaS alternatives. This "heaviness" also results in a strong dependency on specialized experts, which can hinder a company's agility if it is not robust enough to maintain such an ecosystem in the long term. "Technical power, flexibility, and areas for improvement in ergonomics for contributors"
4/5
What do you like best about Jahia DXP?

Jahia DXP is a robust and scalable solution that effectively addresses the challenges of complex digital ecosystems. Its technical flexibility (notably through REST and GraphQL APIs), modularity, and ability to integrate with our information system make it a solid foundation. On the business side, the contribution interface is generally intuitive, which facilitates the autonomy of non-technical teams. The open-source approach, combined with a good level of support, strengthens our confidence in the solution over the long term. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jahia DXP?

The user experience on the back-office side would benefit from modernization in certain areas, especially for new contributors who may feel a bit lost at first. The interface sometimes lacks coherence or simplicity in the contribution processes. An effort on ergonomics and onboarding would be a real plus. Similarly, some advanced features require a high level of technical expertise, which can limit responsiveness on projects if the right profiles are not available. "Complete and practical CMS"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Jahia DXP?

A very good CMS, both flexible and customizable, integration is easy (especially with other systems and applications). The content management features are also appreciable. The community around Jahia, as well as the support, are also a big plus for the product considering all the features present. Moreover, Jahia's seriousness about security is a positive point and makes it an attractive solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jahia DXP?

The solution being relatively complex due to its richness, help is necessary to fully understand the solution. The documentation, although complete, is not always well organized, which makes it difficult to retrieve certain information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Clear and flexible interface, rapid developments, and smooth integration"
5/5
What do you like best about Jahia DXP?

I appreciate the clarity of the interface and the speed at which changes can be made without having to rely constantly on a development team. The solution is highly flexible, integrates effectively with third-party tools, and allows for a high level of configuration. Its modular architecture also makes it easier to evolve and adapt the platform as the company grows and its needs change. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jahia DXP?

However, some features have a steeper learning curve, particularly during the initial setup of advanced customizations or integrations. The documentation provides a solid foundation but could be more detailed in certain areas, which can occasionally slow down the onboarding of new users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Jahia DXP"

What do you like best about Jahia DXP?

Jahia DXP is a comprehensive digital experience platform that has transformed the way we manage our content and websites. We primarily use Jahia to create and manage websites, portals, and personalized customer journeys. "Great support and feature set"
4/5
What do you like best about Jahia DXP?

Jahia makes it easy for us to build webpages at a very rapid rate. Their CMS system makes it easy for even non-technical individuals to create the websites that they need to. Having been on both sides, writing code in Jahia and using it frequently, I can say that it is an all-around amazing product. Customer service is astounding. Writing basic code and building pages is very easy to figure out, but there is a lot more that can be achieved when you dig deep into the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jahia DXP?

Caching is a recurring issue for my team. It causes pages to appear not to update, resources to not load, and has even presented some critical security issues in the past. From a development point of view, there are little to no docs explaining all the parts of the system. Documentation would be extraordinarily helpful when getting started with Jahia. "Simple and smooth use, a real boost in productivity"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Jahia DXP?

What I like the most is the simple and smooth use that allows for time savings and productivity, as well as relevant collaboration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jahia DXP?

What I find less intuitive about Jahia DXP are the more advanced configurations that can be quite technical, especially when working with teams that do not have a strong development background. In other words, some features would need more comprehensive explanations or clearer instructions to help users make the most of them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Setting up the JAHIA CMS for online content publication (employee savings)"
4/5
What do you like best about Jahia DXP?

The interface is very "user-friendly", navigation is fast and intuitive, the implementation of multiple roles perfectly suits our use (will allow securing publications before they go online), customer support is present and responsive, the development possibilities on Jahia are numerous and allow full adaptation of the CMS for our use, access on the workstations of different collaborators is simple, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jahia DXP?

The contents can be easily moved within the established hierarchy, so be careful about that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A powerful and flexible platform that rewards ambition"
5/5
What do you like best about Jahia DXP?

We’ve been using Jahia for over a year to support a large-scale digital transformation project that required both a content management system and a behavioural data platform. Jahia has exceeded expectations on every front.

The platform offers exceptional flexibility, allowing us to deliver personalised, dynamic content experiences across multiple channels, without compromising security or compliance. Its integration capabilities are particularly strong we have successfully integrated with Brightcove and shortly our CRM and Webinar Platform.

What sets Jahia apart is its intelligent use of user behaviour. The segmentation and scoring capabilities within jExperience are incredibly useful, especially when targeting high-value audience groups or tracking key intent signals over time. It has allowed us to move from generic nurture to highly relevant, data-informed outreach strategies.

Support from the Jahia team has also been excellent – responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in our success.

I would strongly recommend Jahia to any organisation seeking a modular, enterprise-grade platform that delivers both robust content management and real-time personalisation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jahia DXP?

The platform does so much that it can feel overwhelming at the beginning. There’s a learning curve, especially when trying to fully understand how different modules interact. That said, once the foundations are in place, the system is incredibly powerful and scales well with strategic ambition. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
