"Flexible, Scalable, and Powerful Content Management Platform"
5/5
What do you like best about Jahia DXP?

What I like most about Jahia DXP is its strong combination of flexibility, scalability, and content management power. It allows teams to manage complex, multi-site and multi-language digital experiences from a single platform while remaining highly customizable. I also appreciate its modular architecture and robust integration capabilities, which make it easier to connect with existing systems and adapt to evolving business needs. What do you dislike about Jahia DXP?

One of the main drawbacks of Jahia DXP is its complexity, which can lead to a steep learning curve for new users and developers. Initial setup and customization may require significant technical expertise, and some features feel less intuitive compared to more modern, user-friendly platforms. Additionally, performance tuning and upgrades can be time-consuming, especially for large or highly customized projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Flexibility and efficiency: Jahia DXP simplifies content management"
4/5
What do you like best about Jahia DXP?

What I really appreciate about Jahia DXP is its great flexibility. You can create and manage content easily, without feeling like you're getting lost in something too complex. I also like the fact that the platform brings together content, data, and personalization in one place. It is both very powerful and pleasant to use, with a modern and streamlined interface. In the end, working on digital projects with Jahia immediately gives a more professional and smoother result. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jahia DXP?

What I like less about Jahia DXP is that it is not always easy to get the hang of at first. There are a lot of features, which can quickly become a bit confusing. The interface is not always very intuitive and, depending on the configuration, the platform can sometimes feel heavy or slow. As a student, I find that it takes some time before you really feel comfortable with the tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A fabolous expérience"
5/5
What do you like best about Jahia DXP?

Jahia DXP is nothing short of a digital symphony — a platform where power meets elegance, and innovation dances with usability. In a digital landscape crowded with half-baked promises, Jahia emerges like a lighthouse of coherence, guiding organizations to deliver seamless, personalized, and truly meaningful digital experiences.

Its hybrid CMS architecture is a masterstroke — combining the freedom of headless with the convenience of traditional authoring. Developers rejoice in its API-first philosophy and modular design, while marketers find delight in its intuitive interface and native personalization capabilities.

But Jahia is more than just a platform. It’s a philosophy of digital empowerment. Its interoperability, security, and scalability make it the trusted companion of enterprises looking to break down silos and craft unified experiences across every touchpoint.

In a world obsessed with speed and superficiality, Jahia dares to offer depth, flexibility, and integrity. It’s not just a DXP — it’s a declaration of digital excellence. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jahia DXP?

One area where Jahia could improve is the initial learning curve — while the platform is incredibly powerful, it can take some time for new users to fully grasp its depth. That said, once the fundamentals are mastered, the flexibility and control it offers are truly worth the effort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive and efficient CMS"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Jahia DXP?

The use of the Jahia CMS is intuitive, allowing for quick daily content contributions, ideal for large websites. The tool's interface is accessible to novice webmasters. Jahia manages complex digital projects very well (site factory, multisite, multilingual) and thanks to its modularity, it is easily customizable according to the company's needs. The support team is very attentive to the needs of its clients, and annual reviews are offered to share our feedback. The product frequently evolves with new features. What do you dislike about Jahia DXP?

Despite a user-friendly interface, Jahia still needs to work on the issue of digital accessibility for people with disabilities (RGAA compliance). The color contrasts have been revised recently, which allows for better readability. However, currently, keyboard navigation is not possible in the tool, which is a shortcoming. "The CMS everyone should know"
4/5
What do you like best about Jahia DXP?

Jahia DXP is one of the easiest CMS to use on a daily basis that I have tested so far. Even non-technical users can manage without help. The interface is ergonomic and well thought out, allowing you to create and manage content quickly.

Jahia also offers a rich set of features, like workflow management and external data integration. It's a complete platform, which avoids the use of too many different tools.

Finally, thanks to its open architecture, it makes the implementations faster and more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jahia DXP?

The technical onboarding can be complex. It takes time to understand and tame the specific architecture of Jahia, which can destabilize and demotivate more than one person.

The technical documentation is sometimes too general for more advanced use cases, which can waste precious time.

In terms of performance, some loading times can be a bit slow, depending of the volume of data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A robust and flexible platform"
5/5
What do you like best about Jahia DXP?

Jahia DXP makes it easy to connect with other tools. You can easily publish on different layouts (desktop, mobile, ...). Many features are customisable which is especially useful for complex projects with multiple sites and languages. It's also intuitive for non technical users to manage and design content without IT knowledge. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jahia DXP?

The learning curve on the development side can be a little complicated at first if you don't know Java (which is not my case).

With a CMS product, if you want to customize in 100%, you need to master the code, which means you need a real developer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
