What I appreciate most about Jahia DXP is the freedom the platform offers on a daily basis. The interface is clear, intuitive, and pleasant to use, which truly facilitates the work of the teams. Content creation and management are done smoothly, without unnecessary constraints. The workflows, which are very flexible, allow for effective organization of work processes. What I appreciate less is the learning curve inherent in such a comprehensive solution. Getting started can be a bit confusing at first, and some features take time to fully master. "A powerful tool to centralize and personalize the digital experience"
5/5
What do you like best about Jahia DXP?

Jahia really surprised me with its ability to adapt to the needs of our digital ecosystem. We use it daily, both for content management, orchestrating our marketing campaigns, and managing multiple sites. The big advantage is the advanced content personalization and the way everything is centralized, which greatly simplifies multi-site management. Its integration with other tools (CRM, DAM, etc.) is quite natural, and the interface is rather intuitive once you get the hang of it. I also appreciate the "open source" orientation, which gives great flexibility to the technical teams. For the marketing teams, getting started is quick and the workflows are clear. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jahia DXP?

Like any comprehensive tool, Jahia requires some time to adapt. The initial installation can be a bit complex if one is not familiar with the environment. The team seems attentive and the updates are moving in the right direction. The documentation could be a bit more accessible for non-technical profiles. Despite everything, once this hurdle is overcome, the platform becomes truly powerful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Revolutionized Our Digital Experience Management"
4/5
What do you like best about Jahia DXP?

I really appreciate the page builder interface. It is intuitive and allows our non-technical staff to drag and drop components and visualize changes in real-time before publishing. The 'in-context' editing is a huge time saver. I particularly value the customizable workflows. The approval process allows our content editors to draft updates and send them for review seamlessly. It ensures that nothing goes live without the proper validation, which is critical for us. The page builder interface is a game-changer for us because it offers true 'what you see is what you get' editing, which drastically reduces the time it takes to launch new landing pages. As for the customizable workflows, they add a critical layer of governance, ensuring no content goes live without the proper checks, giving us peace of mind. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jahia DXP?

While we are autonomous for content updates, I would love to see even more 'no-code' features to let designers build new modules without relying on the IT team. I would love to see a more advanced visual style editor within the page builder. It required some technical expertise to configure the server environment and define the initial architecture.
