"Indispensable for Successful Customer Management"
What do you like best about Jahia DXP?

Jahia DXP simplifies my customer data management and allows seamless integration with the existing and modern system. It enhances user engagement through robust personalized tools. I like that it helps me in my future projects for my clients. I particularly appreciate the contextual analytics, audience segmentation, and real-time A/B testing tools. The advanced customization capabilities are fantastic. The installation was very easy and it didn't take me long to get used to the platform. I am really very happy with it. What do you dislike about Jahia DXP?

I love everything, it's great, the use is very simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Impressive Flexibility and Scalability"
What do you like best about Jahia DXP?

I am a big fan of the flexibility and scalability of Jahia DXP. The modular architecture of Jahia DXP makes it easy to customize, extend, and adapt the platform to evolving business needs while maintaining solid performance and security. Jahia DXP helps reduce silos between teams by facilitating collaboration, content validation, and rights management, while improving editorial governance. We particularly appreciate the flexibility of Jahia DXP, which allows us to easily evolve our sites and digital journeys without major overhauls. The ergonomics of the back-office and the preview tools make daily work easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jahia DXP?

Jahia DXP presents a certain complexity, especially for new users. For new users, the complexity of Jahia DXP mainly comes from the platform's rich functionality and the diversity of concepts to master. The installation is well documented, but it requires a certain level of technical expertise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful Hybrid Solution with GraphQL API"
What do you like best about Jahia DXP?

I greatly appreciate the Headless Hybrid approach of Jahia DXP via the GraphQL API. This allows for decoupling the front end while maintaining a true editing and preview interface for the team, which is a big advantage. The ability to use Jahia in headless mode while keeping the interface for contributors is something I really like. Jahia also solves the complexity of serving content across multiple channels thanks to its hybrid approach and GraphQL APIs, allowing the platform to be used as a Headless CMS to power our front end applications while maintaining a powerful visual editing interface for our marketing teams. What do you dislike about Jahia DXP?

The learning curve can be quite steep for new developers. Although the technology stack is standard, understanding Jahia's internal architecture and the module lifecycle takes time. The technical documentation is extensive but sometimes scattered or difficult to navigate to find specific examples on advanced cases. The technical documentation would benefit from being less theoretical and more recipe-oriented. Sometimes, complete code examples for advanced use cases are missing. More video tutorials or step-by-step guides for front-end developers would help lower the entry barrier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jahia DXP?

One thing I find less appealing about Jahia DXP is that the platform can appear quite complex at first, especially for those who are new to it. If there isn't thorough onboarding or detailed documentation available, the learning curve can feel quite steep. Additionally, some of the more advanced configurations require a high level of technical expertise, which may slow down projects if the right resources aren't available. "Unmatched Flexibility and Scalability for Modern Digital Experiences"
What do you like best about Jahia DXP?

What I appreciate most about Jahia DXP is its remarkable flexibility and scalability. The platform enables teams to efficiently manage complex, multi-site, and multilingual content all in one place, yet it remains user-friendly for both developers and content editors. Its robust integration capabilities and personalization features further enhance its value, making it a strong choice for creating and maintaining modern digital experiences. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jahia DXP?

While Jahia DXP offers robust capabilities, it does present a steep learning curve for newcomers, particularly those without a technical background. "Flexible, Powerful Platform Perfect for Enterprise Needs"
What do you like best about Jahia DXP?

What I appreciate most about Jahia DXP is its flexibility and modular architecture. The platform brings together content management, digital experience, and personalization, all while allowing developers to use modern tools and frameworks.

Some additional strengths include its robust content modeling, which is particularly effective for complex, multi-site projects, and its strong integration capabilities with third-party systems through APIs. Jahia DXP also takes a hybrid approach, offering marketer-friendly editing while preserving developer autonomy. Personalization and targeting features are built directly into the platform, and its scalability makes it well-suited for large enterprise needs.

In summary, Jahia DXP is a standout choice for teams seeking both enterprise-level control and development flexibility, without the constraints of a rigid system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jahia DXP?

One aspect I find challenging about Jahia DXP is its complexity and heaviness, which can be especially noticeable for smaller projects or teams with limited resources. There are several drawbacks I have encountered. The learning curve is quite steep, making it difficult for new developers and content editors to get up to speed. Optimizing performance often demands considerable effort and specialized knowledge. Additionally, managing and maintaining the platform can take up a significant amount of time. I also find the user interface less intuitive than some of the more modern digital experience platforms available. Furthermore, the cost and infrastructure requirements can be quite high, particularly for those not operating at an enterprise level.

In summary, while Jahia DXP is a robust and powerful solution, it tends to be excessive for simple websites. It is best suited for situations where you have a skilled team and enterprise-level requirements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
