Jafy is invoicing and estimate management software for construction tradespeople and automotive repair facilities. The platform streamlines estimates, invoices, work progress documentation, and repair orders through an AI agent that creates, modifies, and reformulates documents via voice or keyboard input. The AI reads specifications and client requests to prepare compliant estimates and invoices while enforcing regulations by locking finalized invoices and directing users to credit notes for changes. In construction mode, Jafy calculates advance payments, generates progress invoices, deducts prior amounts, and tracks warranty retention. The automotive repair mode includes vehicle fleet management, pre-filling repair orders with stored vehicle data. Integration with B2Brouter automates Factur-X supplier invoice reception, while scanned receipts and invoices are processed for tax data. Accountants can export journals and documentation with one click. Data is stored on French servers.
