Chat feature is my favorite - I always get my problem solved! Also, reporting, & Ability to email and text individual classes. I can't compare to competitors as we have been with Jackrabbit for a very long time. No intention to switch! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Jackrabbit Dance? There isn't a way to combine our rec class tuition from our company class tuition, given they have different pricing and discount structures. My coordinator has to manually put in the monthly amounts for our company members as a combined number. It's not that difficult. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Recommendations to others considering Jackrabbit Dance: We have had it for many years, but we set it up incorrectly as we weren't even sure what we needed at the time. I love how easy it is to manage your lessons through the Jackrabbit website. It makes everything needed to run your lessons a breeze! Whether it is scheduling classes or billing people for lessons, its all there and very convenient. The website is fast, fun, and easy to use. Very simple so anyone can pick it up very quickly therefore, easier to hire someone and train them. In the long run it helps save time and money for your company. What do you dislike about Jackrabbit Dance? It is very basic looking and needs some upgrading as far as web design goes. This does not impede on the benefits and qualities the site has to offer. A newer, sleeker web design might suit the site a little better. Running some parts of the website on Internet Explorer is also a hassle because its mostly compatible with Chrome but it does not make too much of a difference unless you need to have multiple accounts open at the same time. Jackrabbit benefited us because it helps make all our lessons very organized and helps us bill everyone the same time each month so we know everything is set.
