I like that we can gather details easily at the initial registration, connect to Quickbooks, and that there is a family portal for families to communicate to our staff. It only comes with one registration form, which is nearly impossible to work with when managing hundreds of kids. We really needed something on a much larger, more customizable scale. What problems is Jackrabbit Dance solving and how is that benefiting you? It acted as a CRM for us. We used to manage our students on an old legacy system. So jackrabbit is definitely a step up. I like the ability to be able to have automatic payment and the ability to change payment option easily. I love being able to just add to my account without having cash or check.
