The automation features are a huge time saver and the dashboard maked it easy to manage multiple task efficiently and their customer support team is responsive and knowledgeble making the onboarding process smooth **What do you dislike about Jackrabbit Class?** The learning curve be a bit steep at first, especially for user unfamiler with similar platforms.some features feel abit dated in terms of design,and the customization option could be more flexible.Additionally occasional glitches in reporting can cause minor inconveniences **What problems is Jackrabbit Class solving and how is that benefiting you?** Jackrabbit Class helpus streamline the scheduling, enrollment and billing process which used to be extremely time consuming. I also dont like the employee scheduling system it looks outdated and clunky. **What problems is Jackrabbit Class solving and how is that benefiting you?** integrating our swim lessons into our website for customers to register online is great.
