It brings inventory, customers, contracts, payments, balances and receipts into one place, so a small lot can see who owes what, which payments are late and what is in stock, without the notebook or the spreadsheet. Inventory: add cars by scanning the VIN with a phone camera or from a photo, with invested cost, asking price, title, mileage, GPS number, photos and inspection appointments. Import existing inventory from Excel or CSV. Publish selected cars to a public catalog and sync them to Facebook Marketplace and Google Merchant Center with feed links; buyer inquiries land in the app. Contracts and collections: create cash or financed contracts with total price, down payment, payment frequency (weekly, every 15 days, every 2 weeks or monthly) and an on-screen customer signature. Accounts receivable shows balance, amount paid, next due date and days late for every contract. Each payment produces a receipt with the remaining balance, shared by link or as a PDF, in English or Spanish. Late-payment alerts and receipts can go out by WhatsApp, SMS and email to customers who opted in. Dealers can accept online payments through their own Stripe account, straight to their bank. Team and control: separate logins for owners, salespeople and collectors, with permissions enforced on the server. Real profitability per vehicle compares contract price with invested cost. Recorded payments are never deleted; voids are logged. Weekly data backup by email. Bilingual interface (English and Spanish), designed for Latino dealers in the US. Runs in the browser on any phone or computer, nothing to install. Plans start at $49/month (Basic, up to 10 cars in active inventory), Pro $149/month (up to 50) and Max $299/month (unlimited), with a 30-day free trial and no credit card.
