The JP Morgan Workspace Solution offers a highly user-friendly experience with an intuitive UI/UX that's easy to navigate. It was easy to setup and update my profile. As with many other startups, we used to manage our cap table in an Excel spreadsheet. Then we discovered J.P. Morgan Workplace Solutions, specifically their cap table management tool, and it was a complete game changer. Now we have all investor-related data consolidated in one place, fully automated.

This tool adds an extra layer of transparency by allowing investors and stockholders to simply log in and view company updates through a user-friendly dashboard.

In summary, I highly recommend that anyone still managing a cap table “the old way” reach out to the J.P. Morgan team to learn more about their solutions.

I wasn't entirely sure what to expect when I signed our company up for the J.P.Morgan Workplace - but it wasn't the full white-glove service I received!

In an effort to uplevel our Captable to a digital platform, I reached out to explore what features it offered and what the onboarding would entail. From beginning to end, working with the team was a complete joy (how often can we say that- but it's true!). The platform provides such a wide range of useful features from easy document storage, the ability to manage, edit, and share the captable with varying degrees of access, to providing the option of running different scenarios so you can see how certain investments or share allocations would impact the overall cap table. Amazingly well designed!

I was fortunate enough to work with a gentleman named Colm for the onboarding- and he was exceptional in providing guidance and requesting documentation, so he (yes, HE!) could upload and input all of the information onto the platform. Whiteglove service with the patience of a saint! He made it so easy and we are looking forward to diving in and sharing this with our stakeholders and using this platform to help inform decision-making as we continue to grow. I looked at all the cap table platforms (Carta, Pulley, Cake, Fidelity). All the other platforms wanted thousands of dollars a year for what is a better version of a spreadsheet. JPM, on the other hand, is free up to 100 users and they still did all the onboarding and several calls to show off their platform. The platform is also easy to use, and I trust them to keep our data confidential since they are a big institution with robust compliance (some of the other cap table companies have had problems in this area). The only drawback is that they don't provide 409A valuations as part of the platform (something about conflicts). But they put you in touch with several providers that charge inline with the market standard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The product is incredible - provides nearly everything of what I need. The onboarding experience was superb, with multiple people on the team at JP Morgan Workplace helping to ensure I was set up correctly. Since being set up I've now utilised this on an almost daily basis - providing key highlights to our current and potential stakeholders and also being confident with the solution. There has been a lot to like about working with JP Morgan. Every step of the way they have been helpful and informative.
