That we can manage the cap table without our lawyer charging for every change. Very quick implementation. We were up and running in a weekend. We can attach documents to each transaction, eliminating the hunt for documentation. In comparison to the leading software products in this category, Global Shares is free for less than 100 stakeholders and does not charge for implementation. They also aren't arrogant. The leading platforms require lawyers to be involved, which makes the solution unaffordable for small companies. J.P. Morgan is doing this for small companies because they want to establish relationships early. The end result is that for no cost we now have an equity platform with no data errors. As opposed to paying many thousands of dollars per year for a platform that was plain wrong. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about J.P.Morgan Workplace Solutions? Global Shares is a young product, and not on par with the features of more expensive and mature products. They are making changes rapidly, and the features they introduce are sometimes buggy or incomplete. I have made some suggestions for new features to Global Shares. Equity/Cap Table management without having to pay a lawyer for every change. Provides a way for shareholders to log in. Because we are managing it instead of our lawyer, data quality is higher. For a platform that has a lot of power under the hood, it is intuitive to use and navigate.
