Its a great platform to be able to keep track of your share transactions, instruments, and share classes. The cap table is also a great touch as you get to see everything all in one page. Great support from the onboarding team. I've looked at every cap table management company and there is no better deal. They help setting up complicated cap tables involving different kinds of convertible notes. We have tons of option holders but are still bootstrapping. The amount of option holders we have put us extremely high-cost tiers for all other cap table companies. Global Shares provides a simple and clean interface that keeps our relevant docs available and is a great tool for looking at future scenarios.
