IZI Safety - Easy to use and very helpful on the management of project site. **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Vladimir D. | HSE Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** January 22, 2026 **What do you like best about IZI Safety?** What I'd like most in IZI Safety facilitates competence training, by allowing workers to access training and safety information on-the-go. It also allows for rapid sharing of lessons learned from near-miss incidents to prevent future accidents. IZI Safety also reduce paper works, efficient in the whole holistic approach of the platform, it's also promoting supports to higher management and co-monitoring from Company to Contractor as this needs to be on site to do the activity with another user e.g. contractor, subcontractor, supplier. **What do you dislike about IZI Safety?** I think the least important function to me that needs improvement is the "Offline Function," as the offline function is helpful in some sites that are remote and have no internet connection. This, I think, needs to be improved, as it's like you're using it in the online function. Maybe for improvements the function of sending the "refresher" to the approver immediately, e.g. medical is already expired, training needs re-fresher, this are not triggered to send notification, just you can see that there are personnel that needs refresher or not compliance anymore. **What problems is IZI Safety solving and how is that benefiting you?** There are lots to mention. But for me, I will just define each of the problems that it solves. I think the no. 1 is the transparency, as the platform needs compliance from the user and from the workers that are on the site. We will check everyone on site if they are really compliant with the set standard. Also, the monitoring of personnel on the site is easy, as all of the data that is received from the sites is transparent in the platform and displayed in real time in the apps. Enhanced Pre-Job Risk Assessments, the platform supports pre-job safety verifications, enabling crews to assess risks on-site before commencing work, which reduces accidents. And my favorite part of the platform is providing supervisors with an immediate overview of ongoing activities, HSE performance, and the compliance status of all personnel on-site. Not to mention uses unique QR codes and digital badges to instantly grant or deny site access based on a worker's real-time compliance status, there is a lot of problem on site that been resolved straight forward by using the platform, and this are some of them. Also, is part of the sustainability program as the platform reduce a bunch of paperwork's. Consolidates all EHS data—including audits, inspections, and incident reports—into one platform, eliminating fragmented paper trails and reducing manual errors. ### 2. The work permit, the reporting of anomalies, the tracking of company files, as well as a dashboard for monitoring are particularly useful aspects. I also appreciate the responsive support service, which is a real plus. **What do you dislike about IZI Safety?** There are still typos in the texts (original or translated); the whole could be even more "user-friendly." **What problems is IZI Safety solving and how is that benefiting you?** By digitizing our processes, IZI Safety eliminates paper and allows me to fully focus on risk analysis. ### 3.
