IZEA's Unity Suite makes it very easy to find, onboard, monitor/track, and analyze influencer marketing programs for our clients. We moved to IZEA from Mavrck and are very happy with the decision. The Unity Search functionality can be problematic at times, as can other areas of the platform (e.g., chats continuing to be marked as "unread" when they are not). Also, the system times out and logs the user out -- but it's not obvious when this happens and work can be lost. A "you will be logged out" message would help. The support when there is an issue is also outstanding. We love the ability to find influencers and communicate with them directly all in one place. We also appreciate the ability to see what types of influencer postings are happening using the Viz search tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about IZEA Flex? The main stumbling block for us so far has been in connecting with Influencers. The process is not straightforward. In just a small segment, we reached out to about 25 Influencers, most of whom never responded back to us. Others responded back, but the communication back and forth was cumbersome, sometimes going days without a response back. One influencer even shared with us that they use the mobile version, and options were missing for them to submit their assets back to us via the mobile app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. The biggest issue we are solving is the ability to get our message out to target groups of people that would be very difficult, if not impossible, to connect within a timely and cost-efficient manner. The vizsearch feature is very useful and different way to discover influencers posting about certain topics, themes, etc while still being able to apply filters to your search. Some of the features and functionality are not the most intuitive, such as making changes to deliverable due dates or publication dates. Leveraging the IZEA tool has helped our team be more efficient when running influencer programs. It's our one-stop for influencer search/identification, vetting, onboarding, campaign management, reporting and payments. As with all evolving tech, there are issues sometimes with functionality of the platform, specifically when engaging with influencers during the content creation/review process. Luckily though, IZEA has been a great partner and not only helps us with these issues, they will also help the creators and implement our feedback into feature requests down the road. Recommendations to others considering IZEA Flex: Do your research, there are a ton of Influencer tools out there, many of which tout that they can do everything but that is not the fact. Overall, it's removing the manual nature of our work - in the past, we were manually doing all steps along the activation process from outreach, to contracts, to content reviews, to invoices and payments. Having a tool do a bunch of the heavy lifting as it relates to the tasks throughout the process has saved us time and given us more time to focus on other aspects of our job.
