What do you like best about IXACT Contact Real Estate CRM?

I love the User Interface; it flows and is easy to use. My biggest complaint with most CRM's is the long and low learning curve. I don't have 4 hours a day to use and try to understand a CRM. It is a tool and needs to compliment my business plan, not dominate it and distract me from everything else. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about IXACT Contact Real Estate CRM?

I customized my automated messages instead of using their pre-written scripts. As expected, this was time-consuming, but now it's done, and I'm good to go! Perhaps an easier process for customizing scripts would be an improvement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
