I love the Dashboard and how everything is easy to follow. You can set goals and track your way to the top! I love the content that can be used to mail as well. whether you are creating mailers, sending emails or tracking your touches with your clients; it's all there for you. What do you like best about IXACT Contact Real Estate CRM?

IXACT Contact is an amazing CRM. It's very user-friendly and has tons of great features. A monthly e-newsletter helps me stay top of mind with past clients and prospects alike, while the specific content targeted to a given client type allows me to nurture those leads beautifully. I'd definitely recommend this CRM to my colleagues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about IXACT Contact Real Estate CRM?

The one thing I'd like to see is a translation plugin that allows users to send communication in different languages. This will be a game changer for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

That is a great suggestion and while we do not have this plugin in now, it is very helpful to see comments like this! While we cannot guarantee when this will be in effect, we are hopeful we can implement a plugin like this into our CRM in the future.

Its extremily versitle. Base line everything is great, but I love how simple it is to customize. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about IXACT Contact Real Estate CRM?

It really needs better reporting on notes. Additionally I'd like to be able to filter contacts more. For contact groups as an example, I'd like to be able to include ____ AND exclude ____ at the same time... "if filters" Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Thanks for your feedback! Report enhancements will be coming soon. With regards to Include and exclude filters working together, it is extremely difficult to program, and would require a re-vamp of the entire search features, which is something projected for future software enhancements.

Very clunky, hard to manage, doesn't integrate with gmail well, interface is very dated. I'm not going to renew as it doesn't seem to fit future integrations very well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
