Helps to keep data safe and manage data easily across platforms.

More automated options/customizations can be added as an improvement.

Data management is more accessible now, and information/data safety and security have been well handled.

**What do you like best about IWS?**

IWS is super easy to use and very user friendly. It's mostly automated which alleviated a lot of work in the day to day useage. Having to manually interact with my computer less and less is more beneficial than any other similar program.

**What do you dislike about IWS?**

IWS does not have a lot of downsides. I have rarely if ever encountered any problems with this program and it runs smoothly without any issues day in and day out.

**What problems is IWS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

IWS helps me to inprove shipping through-put and quality by reducing manual interaction with my computer. Reducing the amount of manual inputs in my daily operations and saving me tons of time.
