User-Friendly, but Salesforce Integration and Accuracy Need Major Improvements **Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Philanthropy | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2026 **What do you like best about iWave?** It’s user-friendly, especially when it comes to usability. **What do you dislike about iWave?** In my experience, it doesn’t integrate seamlessly with Salesforce. I’ve also found it to be less accurate than other wealth screening tools. It doesn’t really support multi-lenses in an agile, practical way, which limits how useful it is day to day. At times, when I try to pull an updated score in Salesforce, it just buffers and never actually refreshes. Overall, the ROI hasn’t felt worth the price, and the AI features seem either nonexistent or not useful. **What problems is iWave solving and how is that benefiting you?** Honestly, it creates more problems than it solves. The only thing I’ve found helpful is that the scoring is straightforward to explain to non-technical users. ### 2. All systems are similar and this is by far the most affordable. **What do you dislike about iWave?** Sometimes I feel like I am being sold to in order to meet year-end quotas rather than trying to solve my organizational issues, but my sales rep is also my customer service rep, so that's what happens in a smaller shop. **What problems is iWave solving and how is that benefiting you?** Prior donations to other like-minded organizations the most. Without it, I would have to hunt and peck around the web and that would be nearly impossible. **Official Response from Bre Alexander:** > Hi Matt, thank you for your review and for your honest feedback.
