**What do you like best about Ivolunteer.com?**

The concept is a combination of LinkedIn and Excel, organizing recruitment and management of volunteers. However, for the amount of expertise it requires in order to use the program, you could simply use another platform and Microsoft Office.

**What do you dislike about Ivolunteer.com?**

It is confusing and a little hard to organize, especially for NPOs that have little to no technological experience. 

**What problems is Ivolunteer.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Currently, none.
