What I like best about Ivanti Security Controls is its ability to provide seamless, agentless patching for both OS and third-party applications across Windows and Linux, all managed through a single, intuitive console. I have requested support when i faced issues with linux patching and they just provided me documents for reference. Did not get in a call to fix the issue.
