What do you like best about Ivanti Neurons for Unified Endpoint Management?

We originally got the software because we were tired of getting phones back locked we couldn't use. It fixed that issue and way more. Implementation was easy with the use of apple business manager and Samsung Knox. Couldn't get by without it now. Does tha basics as well as well into advanced features like location tracking. What do you dislike about Ivanti Neurons for Unified Endpoint Management?

I think the support team could respond a little faster than they do. Depending on your level of service with the provider you may have to get ahold of your service provider and they relay your message to their support team. Will for sure change that with direct support when its time to re-up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Ivanti Neurons for Unified Endpoint Management?

I like the level of automation that Ivanti Neurons for Unified Endpoint Management provides, making it easy for our IT team and giving us the speed to quickly patch new security vulnerabilities. The real-time sensors are a great feature, as they keep us updated with up-to-date information on the endpoint statuses. I'm also impressed with the real-time sensor query engine, as it allows us to ask questions in plain language without needing to learn a technical query language. What do you dislike about Ivanti Neurons for Unified Endpoint Management?

The initial setup and onboarding process was not all that quick and easy. It took time configuring the workflows, policies etc. I would like to see more intuitive UI for the workflow administration and setup. It took time and had bit of a learning curve initially. "Hands‑On UEM: Early Impressions from a Real‑World Pilot"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Ivanti Neurons for Unified Endpoint Management?

What I like most is the centralized visibility and control it provides throughout testing. Being able to manage different endpoint types from a single console, apply baseline policies consistently, and get quick compliance results makes it feel practical and well-suited for a pilot or a phased rollout. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ivanti Neurons for Unified Endpoint Management?

One downside I noticed during testing is that some parts feel less intuitive, particularly reporting and more in-depth policy tuning. I also ran into occasional sync delays, and the UI can take a while to get used to, which can slow things down during real-world pilot scenarios. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Comprehensive Endpoint Visibility and Management from a Single Console"
4/5
What do you like best about Ivanti Neurons for Unified Endpoint Management?

The AI and intelligence capabilities, specifically the automated self-healing bots, are game-changers for proactive troubleshooting. They resolve endpoint issues before users even notice them. I also appreciate the overall UI / UX of the platform; the dashboard is well-designed and brings Windows, macOS, and mobile management into one cohesive, single-pane-of-glass view. Furthermore, the integrations with our existing ITSM tools and identity providers are seamless, which deeply connects our IT workflows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ivanti Neurons for Unified Endpoint Management?

The initial onboarding and setup phase can be quite steep. Because the platform is so robust, configuring advanced policies requires a significant time investment, and the learning curve for new admins is high. Regarding performance, while the system is generally very fast, running massive real-time queries or generating heavy historical reports across thousands of devices can sometimes cause minor lag in the console. Lastly, getting advanced technical support for very niche, complex deployment issues can occasionally take longer than expected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Endpoint Management with Powerful Automation"
5/5
What do you like best about Ivanti Neurons for Unified Endpoint Management?

What I like most about Ivanti Neurons for Unified Endpoint Management is how much it streamlines managing all of our devices from a single console. I no longer have to bounce between multiple tools, which saves a lot of time and reduces unnecessary friction. The automation features are particularly valuable because routine tasks—like patching, compliance checks, and policy enforcement—can run in the background with very little manual effort. It also provides clear visibility into endpoint health, so we can spot and address issues quickly before they turn into bigger problems. Overall, it makes day-to-day IT management more efficient and a lot less stressful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ivanti Neurons for Unified Endpoint Management?

What I dislike about Ivanti Neurons for Unified Endpoint Management is that it can feel a bit complex at first, especially when you’re setting up policies and integrations across different environments. The interface is powerful, but there’s a learning curve and it isn’t always immediately intuitive for new users. I’ve also found that some advanced configurations require jumping between multiple sections, which can slow the workflow down. Another minor issue I’ve noticed is occasional performance lag when managing a large number of endpoints. Overall, it’s a strong tool, but it definitely takes time and experience before you can use it smoothly and efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
