I like how Ivanti Neurons for Unified Endpoint Management brings everything together in one place for device management. "Centralized Management with Some UI Challenges"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Ivanti Neurons for Unified Endpoint Management?

I like the centralized management capabilities the most. It provides a single platform for managing devices, deploying software, enforcing security, and monitoring endpoint health. It's valuable to us because it allows us to manage all endpoints from a single console instead of using multiple tools or handling devices individually. The setup was very straightforward, and it fits well as part of our broader endpoint management and security strategy, working alongside other IT and security tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ivanti Neurons for Unified Endpoint Management?

One area to be improved is the user interface. It can sometimes feel complex and not that beginner friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Integration and Efficient Cloud Capacity"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Ivanti Neurons for Unified Endpoint Management?

I like the ability to connect the Ivanti ecosystem, which has been particularly useful with Ivanti ITSM. The cloud aspect of Neurons also helps us a lot, especially due to the network and proxy specifications that made it difficult to get started via EPM. Additionally, I learned that we could use a connector with Neurons to use bots and automated actions, which is really an advantage. The initial setup was also easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ivanti Neurons for Unified Endpoint Management?

The provisioning of PCs could be improved; Neurons should be able to manage it, because currently only EPM allows it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Unified endpoint management with automation and real-time visibility"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Ivanti Neurons for Unified Endpoint Management?

The most useful aspect of Ivanti Neurons for Unified Endpoint Management is the ability to manage and secure devices from a single platform, with good automation and real-time visibility. It facilitates endpoint management in hybrid and remote environments, improves user experience, and helps IT teams work more efficiently and securely. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ivanti Neurons for Unified Endpoint Management?

Some advanced features may require time for learning and initial setup, especially in complex organizations or with multiple integrations. In certain cases, the customization and optimization of policies may demand deeper technical knowledge, although the platform offers great flexibility and very comprehensive capabilities. "Smooth Multi-Site Deployments and Great Bandwidth Management"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Ivanti Neurons for Unified Endpoint Management?

What I like most about Ivanti Neurons is how smoothly it handles our deployments across different sites in Manila, Batangas, and Visayas. Even when rolling out updates across all these locations, we’ve never run into performance lag or system slowdowns. It gives us a single console where we can easily control permissions and scope who sees what without needing separate systems for each region.

It covers everything we need in one spot—software rollouts, patch management, device inventory, and security policies. The bandwidth management is a huge upgrade from what we used before, so it doesn't choke our network during big updates. On top of that, the licensing is straightforward and very easy for the admin team to handle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ivanti Neurons for Unified Endpoint Management?

The biggest area for improvement is moving away from the desktop console toward a fully feature-complete web administration interface. Currently, the web console is heavily focused on dashboards, analytics, and reporting rather than active management.

While the full feature set is available on the legacy desktop version, the web tool lacks the robust deployment and day-to-day device management features needed for a smooth browser-only experience. Expanding full administrative capabilities to the web interface—and making it mobile-friendly—would make managing endpoints on the go much easier without being tied to the desktop console. "Centralized Endpoint Management That Saves IT Time and Boosts Visibility"
5/5
What do you like best about Ivanti Neurons for Unified Endpoint Management?

Ivanti Neurons for Unified Endpoint Management is most helpful because it gives one central place to manage devices, software, patches and endpoint visibility. The interface makes daily checks easier, and the integrations with endpoint and security tools reduce the need to switch between systems. Performance is stable when checking device status, running actions and reviewing issues. It saves time for IT support because problems can be detected faster and handled before users are affected. The value is strongest when managing many devices across the organization, because it improves control, reporting and response time. The onboarding can take some time, but after setup the platform supports better endpoint management and daily administration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ivanti Neurons for Unified Endpoint Management?

The least helpful part of Ivanti Neurons for Unified Endpoint Management is the initial setup and onboarding. Some configurations need careful planning, especially integrations, permissions and reporting. This can slow down the first phase for IT teams. The UI is useful, but some menus could be clearer, and finding the right setting can take extra time. Performance is generally stable, but larger actions or reports can take longer when many endpoints are involved. Better guided setup, clearer documentation and more practical onboarding examples would improve the experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great for Endpoint Security, Needs Improvement in Data Compliance"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Ivanti Neurons for Unified Endpoint Management?

I like the UI and how easy it is to use with Ivanti Neurons for Unified Endpoint Management. The configuration isn't hard, especially for someone experienced, and the intuitive and simple interface with logical design drastically reduces the time it takes to configure things. Additionally, I enjoy their attack glossary on the official website, a great resource even though it's not entirely related to the product itself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ivanti Neurons for Unified Endpoint Management?

I find that data security is not its strongest point. It doesn’t help me with automatically complying with standards such as DORA or CIS Benchmark. I think it should have rules out of the box that comply with these standards. This would make it more appealing to customers. Other than data security, everything else works fine for my usage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Honest Thoughts on Ivanti Neurons for Unified Endpoint ManagementUEM” UEM"
3/5
What do you like best about Ivanti Neurons for Unified Endpoint Management?

What I like is the strong remote management and centralized control—it makes handling endpoints much easier, especially in distributed environments. The patch management and policy enforcement are quite reliable, helping maintain security and compliance without constant manual effort.

At the same time, the platform can feel complex to set up and navigate. The UI isn’t very intuitive, and performance can slow down when managing a large number of devices. Pricing is also on the higher side compared to some alternatives. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ivanti Neurons for Unified Endpoint Management?

One area Ivanti Neurons for UEM can improve is the user interface—it feels a bit cluttered and not very intuitive, especially when you're trying to quickly find specific features. The initial setup and configuration also take time to understand, so reducing the learning curve would really help new users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
