What do you like best about Ivanti Neurons for Patch Management?

What i like most about ivanti neurons is how it handles the automation part. it saves me a ton of time bc i dont have to manually check every single endpoint for updates. especially with my team being spread out, the visibility is huge. it honestly makes life easier and i can just set things up and let it run while i focus on other project management tasks. some parts of the setup took a bit longer then i expected but overall the cloud interface is great and very reliable for us. What do you dislike about Ivanti Neurons for Patch Management?

the biggest issue i have is definitely the learning curve. its not very intuitive at the start and i felt like i had to spend alot of extra time just to get the basic reporting and automation to work the way i wanted for my organization. also the price is pretty steep which makes it tough for smaller groups to manage. sometimes the web portal is also kinda laggy when im trying to get things done quickly between other tasks. it would be better if the interface was a bit more streamlined for users who arent strictly IT admins.
