What do you like best about Ivanti Neurons for ITSM?

I think the UI and UX are very nice, especially with the integrations that are possible. I’d like to use it more in depth and see stronger AI performance as I explore it further. The pricing is also attractive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ivanti Neurons for ITSM?

I think the app’s approachability could be better, but from what I can see it seems to be on the rise. I’m looking forward to more improvements, and overall I don’t have too many dislikes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Highly Configurable Service Management with All the Basics"
4/5
What do you like best about Ivanti Neurons for ITSM?

It is very configurable. Especially for organizations that have a lot of process exceptions. And it has all the basics for service management (incident, request, charge, problem) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ivanti Neurons for ITSM?

I have found that to centrally manage configurations in the system, through an array of workflows, the lack of native ability to search/find code fragments to update it lead to lots of manual labor that would be simplified if there were standard modularization of code that was available. "Helps Us Serve Customers While Keeping Devices Secure"
4/5
What do you like best about Ivanti Neurons for ITSM?

It helps us support customers while still keeping our devices secure. Creating tickets is straightforward and user-friendly, and I also appreciate that vulnerabilities are linked directly to the tickets, which makes them easier to track and work on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ivanti Neurons for ITSM?

Service requests and incidents are split into two different tabs. This makes it harder for me to get a clear overview of all the tickets and quickly see what work I still have to do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
