I like that we have an interface that can be customized to our liking. It shows our team a consistent track of all of our progress. What do you dislike about Ivanti Neurons for ITAM? I dislike that sometimes a specific ticket can require me to fill out some information before saving the ticket. I like how organized it is. I am able to easily create tickets and create reports from the charts. It's handled complicated data very well and presents it in a easy to understand interface.
