What do you like best about Ivanti Endpoint Manager?

Mobile Iron is an easy way to manage your business's mobile devices. It allows for work email integration and app management. The dashboard is fairly self-explanatory and there are many different metrics you can view. (Such as Device by Status, Device by Compliance, By OS Type, OS Version, Roaming, Device By Owner, Device By Operator, Last Check-Ins, and so forth.) You can look up devices by device type, user, and various other metrics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ivanti Endpoint Manager?

That passcode feature. Having to change a passcode frequently is an annoyance to some users. I understand it on a security level, but this has given us some grief since it has been applied. If a user tries too many times to enter their password incorrectly, it is possible that their phone can be remote wiped. While this is helpful if the device is stolen, it has yet to be successful outside of them doing it by mistake. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Ivanti Endpoint Manager:

Consider using Apple devices exclusively as they are easier to manage and are more secure, in general. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Ivanti Endpoint Manager?

We value all of the features of EPM. OS Provisioning and Patch Manager are our go-to's. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ivanti Endpoint Manager?

The right-click menu on computers in Patch Manager and Task windows is not consistent with the right-click menu presented in Network View.

The Management Console's behavior as a window is inconsistent. I have to constantly maximize, then minimize to maintain a view. Re-sized and re-positioned windows do not remember their last position or size. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Ivanti Endpoint Manager:

I would highly recommend it. Installation, implementation and the learning curve can be can be difficult, but it is all worth it in the long run. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
