Setup was difficult and confusing. Once it was up, it was hard to navigate around and find specific modules or tasks you were looking for. I had to rely on the forums quite a bit when compared to spinning up other endpoint manager software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Ivanti Endpoint Manager:

Plan to set quite a few hours aside getting this setup with a couple other admins. Much more difficult than ManageEngine or Admin Arsenal PDQ tools Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Ivanti Endpoint Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?

We bought this to address our Windows patching and 3rd party patching in one solution. We also wanted a detailed inventory of our endpoints as well as a vnc type remote connectivity add-on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This advanced security management platform is capable of multiple functionalities such as securing and managing user's devices, as well as helps users to manage their workspace. It allows quick deployment for windows operating environments and provides end to end protection and patch management for your Android and iOS devices. What do you dislike about Ivanti Endpoint Manager?

The documentation provided is for the previous versions and not for the updated one. It does not provide efficient solutions for zero-day malware. It requires improvements in IT and inventory reporting methods. It is inconsistent with window size and the user has to adjust and re-size every time they use it as windows.
