I love that it is so simple and easy to use. The help Ivans gives is superb and they are always quick to respond to questions, comments, and concerns. Setting it up is so easy with the help of their staff. The download from Ivans to Applied Epic is fast and super great. Ivans works with Applied Epic so seamlessly that we don't even realize they are two separate products. We have yet to have a bad experience with this product. Sometimes their is a glitch in the download, but they are always quick to get is resolved. There really isn't anything that i dislike. The service for this product is outstanding.
