**What do you like best about Ivans Download?**

I like the face that it has the ability to update many applications in Epic. 

**What do you dislike about Ivans Download?**

I don't like the errors and issues that occur fairly frequently and having to go back in and manually fix downloaded material

**Recommendations to others considering Ivans Download:**

Work with the insurance carriers more to fix the bugs.

**What problems is Ivans Download solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It saves us from having to manually input policy information
