ItsMiner is a cloud-based SaaS platform designed for large-scale ASIC mining farms, providing comprehensive operations management and energy orchestration. Comprising the local ItsMiner Monitor server and the cloud SaaS platform, it enables real-time monitoring, fault detection, and automated maintenance for over 200,000 miners worldwide. ItsMiner supports all major ASIC models and allows multi-farm centralized management, offering features such as detailed miner status dashboards, fault statistics, work order tracking, and visual inspections through an interactive Sitemap. The platform excels in automation, allowing rules-driven miner restarts, recovery, and load adjustment based on power costs, demand response events, or environmental conditions. ItsMiner also integrates Energy OS for gas-fired or off-grid mining operations, optimizing generator output, cooling systems, and miner performance in a closed-loop control. Additional management tools include customer and asset management, billing, team shift scheduling, and multi-pool hash rate tracking with alerting. By combining real-time operational insights, automated interventions, and energy-aware load management, ItsMiner positions itself as a leading solution for maximizing efficiency, uptime, and profitability in industrial-scale cryptocurrency mining operations.
