Very user friendly to use. Also for what you get it is a very inexpensive option. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about ITS Dispatch? Would be nice if it integrated with more software, for example your ELD. I would like to see additional viewing options on the load board side. Also there are some glitches on the expiries for drivers. If we fail to put in an expiration date (license/medical card) it will show the driver is green and good to go. ITS Dispatch has all the features integrated from posting a load to processsing it with the customer to billing and payment. My favorite is the load tracking portion and customer notification. You can send a macropint link to the driver for tracking purposes and assign check functions so that your customer gets a notification when load is picked up, in transit and delivered. When creating rate confirmations some fields are limited, I am not sure if this can be fixed but it would generally improve this software. Nowadays it is neccessary to add more details so there should be option for that requirement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Recommendations to others considering ITS Dispatch: This software is easy to use, even for a beginner. This software helps us keep a hold over all the details. From carrier and customer information, billing information, load details, and so much more.
