Management of documents in setting up new carriers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about ITS Dispatch? ITS Dispatch does not integrate well with QuickBooks as advertised and informed. We have more than one "open service ticket" with ITS support, and they are several weeks old. Our sense is that they would rather support their own accounting application....which we would have considered had we had any idea the extra work our accounting person would have to put in. Other than having to replicate data entry because of system redundancies, our huge problem is ITS will randomly skip or drop files when exporting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
