"Excellent Monitoring for a Reasonable Price"

What do you like best about ITRS Uptrends?

I like the ability to tier your monitors between types. I like the dashboard views, both personal and team, that can be set up. I really love the integrations with other applications, such as pagerduty. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ITRS Uptrends?

I dislike not being able to mass clear false positives. If you have a false positive, or you forget to enable maintenance mode during a scheduled window, the only way to clear the "downtime" from the system is to open a support ticket with their team and have them remove it. I also dislike that when adding new real-browser (think selenium) style monitors, they have to be individually reviewed, and at least when we set these up about a year ago, you couldn't queue up the entirety of your monitors for review, but had to keep going back and submitting for review after a monitor had been approved. Recommendations to others considering ITRS Uptrends:

The native paging form uptrends is ok, but I do highly recommend integrating it with a full fledged paging application like PagerDuty. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ITRS Uptrends solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are reducing time to resolution for down time for a reasonable price. Also, the integration to pagerduty for alerting and scheduling has been huge for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

A great realible tools which analyse the root cause of the website uptime and performance issues.Because of this features website availability and the performance issues are immediately identified and solved before the customer which are the site visitors complain about them. What do you like best about ITRS Uptrends?

The Uptrends user interface is very intuitive. The dashboard provides an easy to visualize summary of all the urls you are monitoring. Setting up new urls to monitor is very easy. When your sites go down, Uptrends allows you to drill in and see the http status codes and other details that give you clues as to what the problem is. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
