**What do you like best about itris?**

Even with its easy to use interface, Itris has all the capabilities to do any complex properties, filtering and tagging you may need. It has the ability to integrate with almost any software with the help of the development team.

**What do you dislike about itris?**

With the benefit of integration, unfortunately, the timescale and setting of expectations by the account managers for these integrations are not great.

**What problems is itris solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Itris is an all-encompassing CRM that our entire business replies on massively. We are able to tag, filter, group and adjust our contacts making it easy to manage and sustain. Long gone are the complicated and functionality lacking databases.
